Budden, Morris has represented groups of people, in non abuse-contexts, who have the shared experience of having been neglected or otherwise harmed by a particular institution, company, government action or event. Our firm has, for instance, represented several hundred persons who suffered the misfortune of having had their tax returns improperly prepared.

We will generally provide a free initial consultation, either in person or by telephone, and in many cases we will provide representation for you on a contingency basis (that is, we only get paid, as a percentage of the final settlement, when the case is concluded, and will also handle all case-related expenses while it is ongoing).
