Employment and Labour Law has been a central focus of Budden, Morris since its creation, with a particular emphasis on the representation of both unions and non-unionized employees. We have considerable experience appearing at labour arbitrations and before the Labour Relations Board. We have also represented individual employee claimants in relation to wrongful dismissal actions in the Supreme Court of Newfoundland and Labrador. Our goal is to balance the protection of clients’ rights with practical, efficient solutions.
