Andrew J. Martin B.A., LLB.

Andrew graduated from high school with honours at Holy Heart of Mary High
School in St. John's in 1994. He attended Memorial University of
Newfoundland and received his Bachelor of Arts in 2000, majoring in
Philosophy and minoring in History.

Upon graduating from Memorial University, Andrew began his legal studies at
Ludlow Hall at the University of New Brunswick in Fredericton. During the
Summer of 2002 Andrew interned at Gillian D. Butler, Q.C., Litigation and
Mediation. The following Summer, Andrew interned at the Newfoundland and
Labrador Department of Justice under George Horan, Q.C.

Andrew commenced his articles under Geoffrey E. Budden at Budden, Morris in
the fall of 2004 and completed the Bar Admission Course a year later. He was
called to the Bar of Newfoundland and Labrador on February 24, 2006.

Andrew's legal practice consists primarily of institutional abuse
litigation.
